Welcome to MITPRO! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MITPRO application (the "App"), provided by MITPRO Inc. ("MITPRO," "we," "us," or "our"). The App may integrate with third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. MITPRO is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MITPRO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MITPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APP; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MITPRO and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

MITPRO may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

MITPRO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
